Answer: You are required to take outplacement support if you are aged 45 years or older, have at least one year’s seniority in the company concerned, and if you are not eligible for early retirement.

Does my outplacement support automatically stop when I have a new job? What if I am back on the street after a couple of months?
Answer: Do not worry, you can always rely on your guaranteed period and resume the remaining support period; periods are prescribed by law.

How can I apply for outplacement support?
Answer: Your former employer should engage us and we will contact you within 3 working days to make an initial appointment.
