The initial approach

An assessment is an objective evaluation of specific competencies. This includes a number of tests that you can complete online, from home, at work, or at a Select HR office.

Our psychologists analyse the results and will discuss the outcome during an intensive in-depth interview. There is no right or wrong behaviour. Everyone is unique.

If this concerns very specific competencies, you will need to complete various tests and these can be supplemented with practical exercises and role-plays. Sometimes this can take up a full day. Then we talk of an assessment centre.

The Select HR consultant guides you throughout the day and sets you at your ease. We provide a light lunch and the necessary relaxation.
