Executive Search

To attract higher level management candidates or to fill difficult positions, we employ the Executive Search formula based on direct search techniques, or headhunting.

During a thorough company and function analysis, we compile a long list of potential candidates, after which we assess their availability and motivation. After in-depth interviews with the candidates and reference checks, our consultants put forward at least two suitable applicants. You can then invite one or more of the candidates for an interview. If required, at this stage Select Human Resources can hold any necessary test and assessment sessions.

Select Human Resources can continue being of active assistance even after the hiring, through regular coaching
and counselling of the new employee. An extensive review and evaluation of the new staff member also belongs to this service.
