Certification

Select HR is a certified outplacement agency in the context of mass redundancies.

This certificate is issued by CERTO, the certifying body for the outplacement industry, set up by the VDAB (the Flemish department for labour arbitration and professional training) and Federgon (the Belgian Federation of HR partners).

The certificate is awarded on the basis of the following criteria:

• endorsing of and compliance with a code of conduct
• willingness to register the support in the client tracking system of the VDAB
• assessment of the professional knowledge of the outplacement consultants
• willingness to participate in satisfaction surveys of the candidates and employers
• cooperation in the complaints procedure
