Must I provide outplacement support for my staff?

 Answer: Yes, if your employee meets the following requirements (see CLA 82b):

• He or she is at least 45 years of age or older, and
• He or she has at least one year’s seniority in your company, and
• He or she is not eligible for early retirement.
