The outplacement support
The outplacement support for your former employee comprises three phases:
Psychological support and self-evaluation
- The candidate learns to cope with the emotions surrounding the dismissal, and the reason for the dismissal is discussed
- Discussing life history and career
- Self-evaluation. The candidate receives specific support for assessment and proficiency tests, and will be thoroughly prepared for these.
- Preparation of a personal profile: Who am I? What can I do?
- Career goal. On the basis of the self-assessment and career goal, recommendations can also be provided towards retraining or additional training.
The candidate is continuously supported and coached personally during the application process
- He or she learns to approach the job market: via various networks, unsolicited applying for jobs, vacancies, becoming independent
- Preparing for the job interview: interesting questions, non-verbal communication, contract discussion, etc.
