The individual or collective guidance of dismissed employees is in certain countries regulated by law. Our outplacement services fully comply with all legal requirements. The added value that Select Human Resources offers is situated in those aspects that are not covered by the law.
Dismissal is frequently a human drama – both for the company and for the employee in question. Our outplacement consultants are all former HR managers who know very well what effects a dismissal can have and are ideally placed to offer professional support to HR departments and line managers. Their experience of life, empathy, knowledge of numerous company sectors and the labour market combine to provide individual guidance
for dismissed employee(s). Respect and confidentiality play an important part in this role.
The aim of our outplacement programme is two-sided:
• the dismissed employee must find a new job in a reasonable time.
• the dismissed employee must feel good and be successful in his/her new function.
Our consultants therefore regularly follow-up the candidate after his/her appointment. In this emotionally-charged period, our contact people are accessible seven days per week. That is just one of the details that make outplacement guidance by Select Human Resources really different. In addition to outplacement on dismissal, we also provide inplacement guidance for employees who, for whatever reason, cannot continue in their present function and are seeking a new role within the organisation.
