The TSE is the main point of contact between the production departments and the customers. He/she is in charge of providing the best technical services and information to customers related to the products he/she is accountable for.
In this role, the TSE is therefore responsible for meeting and anticipating customers’ needs and expectations related to a specific portfolio of products.
The objective of the TSE is to translate clients’ needs into operations and critical products properties ensuring quality standards are respected. The TSE has therefore a strong involvement in the product line strategy definition and implementation.
Moreover, to fulfill this mission, the job holder will effectively collaborate with many stakeholders within various internal departments (Production, R&D, Sales,…), but also with key customers located through EU, the USA and Asia.
