Our Client has been serving the pharmaceutical industry for more than 4 decades .

They offer a complete range of solutions beginning with empty capsules,granulation and coating, capsule filling, tabletting, packaging films, blister packing and carton packing to the end-of-line solutions.

 Momentarily they're looking for a Sales Manager who is ready for the challenge to enter the EU-market.

 

Key Activities:

Budget/ Sales:

  • Preparing of annual budgets.
  • Identifying potential customers & expanding customer portfolio.
  • Achieving Budgeted Sales.
  • Collaborate on a local level with global account Management.

Price realization:  

  • Recommending and implementing appropriate strategies for price realization.
  • Achieving overall contribution incorporated in the budget.
  • Negotatiating with custormers regarding prices and other conditions.

Customer Service:

  • Anticipate various problems / issues & proactively take corrective actions.
  • Proactive & planned customer visits to understand requirements, create relationship & feedback to customer service.
  • ensure timely corrective and preventive action to resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide technical commercial information and clarification required by the customers.

Market information:

  • Collect & compile market information on various aspects related to customers, products & competition.
  • Analyze information & reccomend appropriate strategy to management

Profile

Competencies & requirements:

  • 5-8 years of sales experience in Pharmaceutical /Nutraceutical sector.
  • experience in B2B sales.
  • Readiness for extensive travelling within France, Belgium, Netherlands & other EU-countries.
  • Fluency in English along with French required, another EU-language is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work independently cross cultural environment.
