Je taken:
  • bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen
  • voorraadniveaus analyseren en tijdig herbevoorraden
  • orderbevestigingen controleren en leveranciers nabellen
  • afwijkingen op facturen onderzoeken en afstemmen met boekhouding
  • ad hoc schakelen wanneer tekorten dreigen
  • intern schakelen met planners, logistiek, productie en marketing
  • contact onderhouden met internationale leveranciers

Your profile

Wie zoeken we? 
  • Je hebt ervaring in een productie- of procesomgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met planning, voorraadbeheer of aankoopadministratie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en proactief.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.

Organisational and departmental description

Voor een internationaal en groeiend productiebedrijf zoeken we een Aankoopmedewerker die zorgt voor een vlot en tijdig aankoopproces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alle grondstoffen, verpakkingsmaterialen en andere artikelen tijdig besteld en geleverd worden zodat de productie ongestoord kan blijven draaien.
