Ben je graag in contact met mensen, goed in plannen en interesse in techniek?

Als coördinator doe je het voorbereidende werk van de planner. 
Als administratief coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
  • Beheren van binnenkomende interventie aanvragen en deze correct registreren in ons systeem voor regio Oost- en West-Vlaanderen
  • Coördineren van alle administratieve taken om ervoor te zorgen dat alles volgens planning verloopt
  • Onderhouden van sterke klantrelaties en het oplossen van eventuele problemen of klachten

Je bent de draaischijf tussen klanten, technici en interne teams.

Your profile

  • Bachelor werk- en denkniveau
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren en plannen
  • Een technische affiniteit
  • Sterk in communicatie want je staat dagelijks veelvuldig in contact met klanten en techniekers
  • Je bent administratief sterk en nauwkeurig
  • Klantvriendelijk en collegiaal, maar wel met de nodige assertiviteit
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands en een goede basiskennis Frans
