In recruitment and selection, you immediately enter permanent employment with an employer. This may be an open-ended or fixed-term contract.

With interim, you start working on temporary contracts with the aim of becoming permanently employed after a predetermined period or to bridge a temporary period with flexible contracts.

You apply for a vacancy on our website or contact us directly. If your application is a match for the vacancy, a consultant will contact you. This is followed by an initial interview, often by phone, some tests and, if the client is interested, further discussions with your future employer. Are all parties happy? Then a salary proposal follows.

In Project Sourcing, you join Select Projects on a permanent basis and choose to use your expertise on specific projects within different organisations. These projects can be short-term as well as long-term collaborations. You have the benefits of a permanent job but can find sufficient variety through different challenges.
