En tant que Business Developer, vous êtes responsable du développement du portefeuille clients PME sur votre région.

  • Vous prospectez et convainquez les employeurs de rejoindre le secrétariat social
  • Vous commercialisez l’ensemble des services du groupe 
  • Vous menez le processus commercial de A à Z : analyse des besoins, offres, négociation et conclusion des contrats
  • Vous développez et entretenez un réseau solide de relations professionnelles

Your profile

  • Diplôme de bachelier ou master avec une première expérience commerciale pertinente
  • Forte affinité avec le monde des PME et de l’entrepreneuriat
  • Excellent sens commercial, persévérant(e), orienté(e) résultats
  • Capacité à analyser des situations complexes et à proposer des solutions sur mesure
  • Proactif(ve), autonome et motivé(e) par l’acquisition de nouveaux clients
