Job description

Als Financieel Administratief Medewerker ziet jouw dag er gevarieerd en dynamisch uit. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
  • Opvolgen van openstaande klantfacturen via telefoon en e?mail;
  • Juist verwerken en toewijzen van inkomende betalingen;
  • Bespreken van betalingstermijnen of afbetalingsplannen met klanten;
  • Beheer van je eigen klantenportefeuille;
  • Versturen van betalingsherinneringen vanuit SAP;
  • Intensieve samenwerking met finance, customer service en operations.

Your profile

  • Je hebt een financiële opleiding of eerste werkervaring binnen finance;
  • Ervaring met credit collection? Dat is een mooie troef;
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels; Frans is mooi meegenomen;
  • Je kan goed overweg met MS Office, vooral Excel;
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, professioneel en schakelt vlot tussen verschillende stakeholders.

In deze rol ondersteun je het finance team en zorg je voor een vlotte opvolging van betalingen, klantendossiers en financiële administratie.
