Description de l'emploi
- You ensure the flawless operational performance of your stores and visit them regularly. You monitor quality, cleanliness, and consistency in line with established guidelines.
- You report directly to the Sales Manager and work closely together to translate the commercial strategy into concrete actions. You manage performance through KPIs such as turnover, efficiency, and customer experience.
- You lead and support the (Assistant) Store Managers and are a true People Manager: coaching, motivating, and inspiring your teams.
- You ensure optimal staffing levels across your district. You work closely with HR, conduct recruitment interviews, and safeguard a strong candidate experience.
- You analyze data and dashboards and translate insights into improvement plans for your stores.
- You are results-driven while always keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Votre profil
- You hold a higher education degree combined with relevant professional experience.
- You gain energy from guiding, coaching, and motivating teams.
- You are digitally savvy and comfortable working with data and reporting tools.
- You communicate clearly, think analytically, and are able to translate ideas into concrete improvements.
- You work in a goal-oriented manner towards KPIs while maintaining a strong overall overview.
- You are fluent in Dutch and have a good working knowledge of French.
- You are flexible with working hours and days, and regularly work on Saturdays (3 out of 4).

Our Client, an international retailer is looking for a District Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Antwerp district (approx. 5 stores). Depending on business needs, your area of responsibility may shift to other locations.
