Description de l'emploi
As a Freight Forwarder your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing export files from A to Z for both FCL and LCL shipments;
- Maintaining daily contact with customers and proactively monitoring their shipments;
- Organizing and coordinating pre-carriage and on-carriage transport with logistics partners;
- Liaising with shipping lines for operational follow-up;
- Working closely with the customs team to ensure accurate and compliant documentation;
- Ensuring correct invoicing and administrative processing of shipments;
- Monitoring and adhering to all applicable quality, safety, and compliance standards.
Votre profil
As a Freight Forwarder, you bring the following qualifications and skills:
- Several years of experience in freight forwarding, with a strong focus on ocean freight exports;
- Fluent in English and/or Dutch;
- Comfortable working with new IT systems and logistics software;
- Able to work independently, accurately, and customer-focused;
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously.
