Intake interview, job analysis and job posting
Even before we publish a vacancy, we want to know who you are as an employer. What does the job entail? What does the working environment look like? And why do candidates choose you? Sourcing & selection, interviews and reporting
After the vacancy is published, the search for the suitable candidate starts. Based on initial screenings, we find candidates who match the vacancy & the employer brand. Every candidate goes through the same qualitative process. We report back to our client on a regular basis.

Second round of interviews with employer and assessments
Candidates who are retained may be invited for further interviews by the client itself. Further testing and assessments may also be carried out at this stage.

Contract negotiation client-candidate
If all parties are convinced of each other, a contract proposal is made and the candidate can accept it. Thanks to the no cure no pay principle, you have nothing to worry about. If no candidate is found, no costs are charged. Is there an agreement and does the candidate start? Then you pay a selection fee when you sign the contract.
