During the past year-end period, our offices showed their warm hearts. The monthly funky Friday became a heartwarming moment. Each region chose its own 'Do Something Good' action.

• Flemish Brabant committed to the Warmest Week
• Limburg-Leuven donated personal care products to Vincentius Hasselt, an organisation dedicated to helping people in poverty.
• Region Kempen organised a second-hand clothes market and the proceeds went to Ruth who suffers from PSPS type 2.
• Team Antwerp collected baby items which they wrapped as Christmas presents to donate to Mothers for Mothers.
• East-West Flanders wrote personal Christmas cards addressed to the residents of Onze-Lieve-Vrouw-ter-Rive residential care centre, with whom they went on an outing in the autumn.
• The Walloon regions collected numerous Christmas presents and foodstuffs to donate to Restos du Coeur, an organisation for people in poverty.
