Job description

Als Administrative Assistant (financiële administratie) zorg je voor structuur, opvolging en nauwkeurigheid binnen de financiële processen.
  • Verwerken en controleren van inkomende en uitgaande facturen, omzet en kosten
  • Opvolgen van openstaande betalingen en beantwoorden van factuurvragen
  • Ondersteunen bij maandafsluitingen en het opstellen van rapporteringen
  • Beheren en up-to-date houden van financiële gegevens in ERP-systemen (bv. SAP)
  • Afstemmen met interne afdelingen en externe partners bij afwijkingen
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen in administratieve en financiële workflows

Your profile

  • Ervaring in een administratieve of financiële functie
  • Basiskennis van facturatie, boekhouding of financiële processen
  • Vlotte communicatie in het Nederlands en Engels
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Je bent analytisch, proactief en kan goed schakelen tussen verschillende taken
