Job description

Développement commercial

  • Détecter et activer de nouveaux prospects via une approche proactive (business development)
  • Générer des leads et organiser des actions ciblées (présentations, campagnes commerciales, initiatives personnelles)
  • Promouvoir activement les services de factoring auprès des entreprises
  • Développer et entretenir un réseau d’apporteurs d’affaires (internes et externes)

Gestion du cycle de vente

  • Analyser les besoins des prospects et construire des offres sur mesure
  • Gérer le processus commercial via Salesforce (CRM)
  • Négocier et conclure les contrats avec les clients
  • Présenter les dossiers au département Risk et au Comité de crédit
  • Mobiliser les parties prenantes internes pour assurer la validation rapide des dossiers

Onboarding & suivi client

  • Assurer le démarrage opérationnel des contrats dans les meilleures conditions
  • Suivre la phase d’implémentation, tant sur le plan commercial qu’opérationnel

Your profile

  • Master en économie ou sciences commerciales (intérêt pour le secteur financier)
  • Minimum 2 ans d’expérience commerciale (banque ou B2B – atout)
  • Excellentes capacités commerciales et de négociation
  • Esprit analytique : capacité à analyser bilans et prévisionnels de trésorerie
  • Proactif, autonome et orienté résultats
  • Assertif, communicatif et orienté travail d’équipe
  • Langues : français courant + bon niveau en néerlandais et anglais
