Responsabilités principales

  • Gérer les demandes clients : devis, informations techniques, délais, relances
  • Assurer le suivi des commandes, de la production et des ateliers.
  • Travailler quotidiennement sur l’ERP interne
  • Lire et interpréter des plans techniques (pièces usinées, assemblages, tolérances)
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes technique, la production...
  • Maintenir une relation client professionnelle, proactive et orientée solutions
  • Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus commerciaux et administratifs.

Your profile

Compétences techniques

  • Anglais fluent (obligatoire)
  • Connaissance du secteur industriel, idéalement en usinage ou mécanique
  • Capacité à comprendre des plans techniques et des pièces usinées
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et les ERP.

Expérience & parcours

  • Profil idéal : ancien usineur souhaitant évoluer vers une fonction commerciale interne
  • Une première expérience en service commercial ou support technique est un atout
  • Capacité à communiquer clairement avec des interlocuteurs techniques et non techniques.

Soft skills

  • Sens du service et orientation client
  • Rigueur, organisation et autonomie
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
  • Esprit d’équipe et communication fluide.
