Job description

  • Payrollbeheer voor ±140 medewerkers (bedienden, arbeiders en expats) in meerdere landen
  • Tijdsregistratie & HR-administratie: rapportering, beheer van personeelsdossiers en onboarding/offboarding
  • Expatadministratie: coördinatie met externe partners van aankomst tot vertrek, inclusief loon en sociale formaliteiten
  • Uitzendadministratie: wekelijkse tijdsregistratie en eerste contactpunt voor uitzendkantoren
  • Sociale documenten en advies aan medewerkers rond sociaal-juridische vragen
  • Optimalisatie van payrollprocessen en actieve bijdrage aan HR-projecten

Your profile

  • Opleiding: Bachelor in HR, Finance of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Ervaring: Sterke ervaring in payroll (internationaal = plus); expatadministratie is vereist
  • Vaardigheden: Nauwkeurig, analytisch, hands-on en oplossingsgericht; goede Excel-skills
  • Talen: Nederlands & Engels vlot

Voor onze klant, een internationale speler in Tessenderlo, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Payroll Specialist. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de payroll van zowel de Europese medewerkers als de expats, aangevuld met de volledige personeelsadministratie. Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers met sociaal-juridische vragen.
