Job description

As an Administrative Officer you play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of operational data. You work daily with logistics systems and make sure that information is correct, complete and up to date.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Transferring shipments and operational data between systems.
  • Performing corrections and adjustments according to predefined procedures and work instructions.
  • Identifying, analysing and correcting data-related errors.
  • Monitoring data quality and consistency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or data issues in a timely manner.


 

Your profile

As an Administrative Officer you have:
  • You have a technical or analytical background, or strong affinity with systems and data.
  • You work very accurately, in a structured and solution-oriented way.
  • You communicate fluently in Dutch and English.
  • You are available for a temporary assignment of 4 months.
  • You can easily commute to Puurs (own transportation).
  • You are able to start quickly, with an expected start mid-May.
