Job description

Tâches administratives & commerciales
 
• Réception, vérification et classement des bons de commande
• Gestion du processus de révision des contrats
• Accusé de réception des commandes auprès des clients
• Saisie et suivi des commandes dans l'ERP
• Saisie et mise à jour des prévisions dans l'ERP
• Préparation des bons de commande
• Communication et suivi clients 
• Collaboration étroite avec le service Finance (suivi AR et questions commerciales)
• Gestion de la facturation diverse
 

Your profile

Profil recherché
 
• Baccalauréat en administration/secrétariat de direction ou expérience équivalente
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et ponctuellement oral)
• Bonnes connaissances informatiques :
•    Expérience avec un ERP est un atout
•    Outils Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bonnes compétences en communication
• Personne organisée, engagée et minutieuse
• Connaissances de base en transport et Incoterms
